Responsible for growth of business in the region to meet targeted revenue, gross profit, operating expense and net income goals and plans.
Provide forwarding, logistics and transportation industry expertise, guidance and support
Expand sales channels and customer base, able to influence business decision makers, good networking skills, in order to generate new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets
Develop and supervise a small sales team to build their sales pipeline, retain key accounts and hit their monthly revenue targets
Develop sales strategies, enablement tools and materials to prepare sales teams to successfully position vs the competition
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree holder in Business or related field
Preferably with management experience in the Logistics, Forwarding,Transport and Supply Chain Industry in the same capacity
Ability to work with own initiatives and in a team environment and coordinate logistics services by different service providers.
Project management skills to determine the best mode of transport in terms of time, resources, costs required to complete the customer's shipping requirements
Excellent leadership, organizational skills, results driven and customer focused.
